HitachiSunairSpendlor announce rider lineup

Written by HitachiSunairSplendor at 16:32 12/1-2013

HitachiSunairSpendlor has been looking to diversify its rider lineup for the new season, with the introduction of four new riders to the team. Plans for a fully East Asian team have been abandoned with the realization that to compete at the highest level the team will have to look further afield to find talent. Spaniard Dino Ortiz has come in with the intention of challenging the long time kingpin of the team, Fukagawa Hideki, who is looking to build on his two race wins and 42 tour points from last season who is tipped to join up with the Japanese national team where he is currently ranked 11th. The other riders to sign in the off season were the American Gerald Christopher and Portuguese Isaque Pegado, but the most exciting prospect for the future is 22 year old Rui Miguel Domingo who hails from Andorra. "I am excited to join HitachiSunairSplendor and am looking to learn from the other riders" Rui is expected to debut for the B team at Coleville, USA on Monday, with a view to competing for a spot on the A team in the future.

  Thanks for the advice!

If you sold the old riders (5) and got to (9) you would have 145.000 to scout and train a captain out of what you have left. Or maybe buy a trained rider from somebody.

I say 24 being the max limit for training simply because it takes a very long time to finish training and that rider will be getting old by then.

Finz is right. You need a captain first, then work on building team mates for support.

I was in the same boat as you are and I wasted maybe 3 seasons with an untrained team.

I got rid of all the old riders (over say 24) and got down to the min number of riders (9). Started training and now my team is better. It takes a long time and lots of money. Good luck.

It would help if you train your riders a little bit. Scout them and train the best one
